This policy describes how your personal data is processed on Structio, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is a translation: the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the publisher and its technical processors, strictly for the purposes above:

These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active, then deleted after it is closed (subject to temporary technical backups). Billing records are kept as required by law (up to 10 years).
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise them at any time by writing to [email protected], or delete your account from your settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or the authority of your country.
Cookies
Structio only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service: keeping you signed in and securing payments (Stripe). They do not require prior consent. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are set. Audience measurement (PostHog) works without cookies or browser storage, so it does not require consent either.
Security
Data access is isolated per organization (database-level security policies), passwords are encrypted and all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
