Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the Structio Architecture platform and the purchase of subscriptions. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you accept them. This is a translation: the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Publisher and purpose
Structio Architecture is published by Bassirou THIAM (sole proprietorship registered in France), SIREN 993 344 282. It lets you design building automation (BAS) network diagrams, generate points lists and estimates, and export these deliverables (PDF, Excel, CSV). It is a design and documentation platform, not real-time supervision software.
2. User account
Using the platform requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. An account is personal. Plans do not limit the number of users in an organization.
3. Plans, prices and billing
English-language workspaces are offered the Integrator plan. Its price depends on the number of active projects covered; an active project is one that is neither archived nor deleted. An archived project can still be viewed and exported, but not edited. Plans are billed monthly or yearly (two months free, billed once), in US dollars, as shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. A plan change during a subscription is prorated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; the publisher does not store any payment card details.
Free trial. A plan can be started with a 7-day free trial, once per organization and per company. A payment method is required to open the trial, with no charge during it. When the trial ends, the subscription starts on the chosen plan and the first payment is taken, unless you cancel before that date from your account. A reminder email is sent two days before the trial ends.
Free trial by invitation. The publisher may open a free trial through an invitation link, without payment details. Its length is shown when you activate it. When it ends, your organization's setup is kept in read-only mode: subscribing restores editing and exports, with nothing to set up again. No payment is taken without an explicit subscription.
Promotional offers. A discount may be offered for a limited time, for example to beta testers. Its terms (rate, discount period, and the window during which it can be claimed) are shown on the checkout page and in the message announcing it. It applies automatically to a subscription made within that window. When the discount period ends, the subscription continues at the regular price unless cancelled.
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the end of the current period from your account (customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no prorated refund. Access may be suspended in case of non-payment.
5. Availability
The publisher strives to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, incidents, third-party dependencies). Data is backed up automatically; you should still export your important deliverables regularly.
6. Liability
Generated deliverables (network diagrams, points lists, estimates, exports) are design aids. Checking them and ensuring they meet project requirements remains your professional responsibility. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of using the documents produced, nor for indirect damages.
7. Personal data
How your personal data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disputes and governing law
The service is intended for professionals acting for their business. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. These terms are governed by French law, and French courts have jurisdiction failing an amicable settlement, subject to mandatory rules that may apply in your country.
